What exciting things can you do at Rabatalu?

Disc golf basket with 3 discs.

If you wish, you can take your own discs with you.

Mud football and volleyball

Indeed, for the first time, Ida-Viru County has proven itself as a county of muddy sports, because in 2020, we opened a mud football field! In Virumaa, a unique 50x30 m mud football area was specially dug and designed for this purpose.

You are very welcome to have a go, get muddy and enjoy the hot saunas afterwards!

We quote the local newspaper Põhjarannik: "Ida-Viru County made itself known as a mud sports county. Far from the big roads, on the edge of the Muraka bog, Ronaldo Sildnik, the owner of Rabatalu, organised Finnish-style Olympics at Rabatalu on Saturday. Following the decades-long traditions of our northern neighbours, the programme included three events: mud football, mud skiing and mosquito catching."

In addition, you can play volleyball in our yard – on a 16x8 m sandy beach volleyball court.

At Rabatalu, you can smoke and grill meat. Come with your fresh vendace, chicken or pork! Under the guidance of Ronaldo, the farm owner, it's easy to prepare your meat. Our cold smoke oven can accommodate up to 40 kg of meat.

The owner is happy to teach you how to smoke meat.

In addition, we have a large and a small grill, both of which are made by the owner himself. On a large witch pot, you can also prepare a good drink.

Swing tree and exciting games for children

In addition to saunas, there are lots of fun things for children to discover in the yard of Rabatalu.

In fact, it is also possible to stay overnight in the children's hut, from where it is possible to come down by rope in summer.

Check out the gallery to see what fun activities you can find for children in the yard of Rabatalu.

Pond or ice hole?

The pond in the yard of Rabatalu is open all year round. In winter it offers invigorating refreshment after a hot sauna, and in summer it's a great place to go for a dip.
